A graduate of Cal State University at Hayward with a degree in Psychology and Latin American Studies, Ruben Uriarte has been a member of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) for over 20 years and is currently state director for Northern California. Formerly a state coordinator for Crop Circle Phenomena Research International and research director for Beyond Boundaries, a UFO tour company, Ruben is now the liasion between MUFON and its counterpart in Mexico, OMIFO. Ruben has been interviewed about UFOs on many radio and television programs, including the History Channel's UFO Files.

Noe Torres holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin. A member of Texas MUFON, he is an investigator, lecturer, and author, specializing in cases occuring in Texas and the Southwestern U.S. Noe has written four books and a motion picture screenplay. He has appeared, with Ruben Uriarte, on radio and television and at many UFO conferences, speaking about the UFO phenomenon. He has also written a number of articles for magazines and journals. "I enjoy doing historical research," Noe says. "Put me inside a library or in front of a row of research terminals, and I'm in heaven."
